Tire Return Policy: To ensure a hassle-free experience, we’ve outlined our return policy below:

Tire Return Policy Window: Purchased from MillTire can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we strive to make the return process as straightforward as possible.

No Fee for Quick Returns: Any tires returned within 2 days of the purchase, we won’t charge a handling fee. This gives you the flexibility to make quick decisions with no additional cost.

Handling Fee for Later Returns: If you choose to return your tires after 2 days but within the 30-day window, a 20% handling fee will apply.

Damaged or Shortage Claims: In the event of any damage or shortage in the goods you received, please notify us immediately upon delivery or pick-up.

Return Condition: To qualify for a return, tires must be in their original, unused condition. They should not have been installed, and will be inspected upon return to confirm this. Additionally, special order tires are non-returnable, so please ensure you are confident in your purchase before finalizing.
