Milltire Ltd. Return & Refund Policy for Tires and Wheels

 

  1. Introduction
    This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Milltire Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) will accept returns and provide remedies for tires and wheels purchased by consumers (“you” or “your”). This Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and is intended to be consistent with the provisions of Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act.
  2. General Return Policy for Standard Goods
    Subject to the conditions herein, you may return standard, non-custom tires and wheels purchased directly from Milltire Ltd. within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of purchase (“Return Window”).
  3. Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
    You must inspect the tires and wheels upon taking delivery. In the event of visible damage to the goods or a shortage in your order, you are required to notify Milltire Ltd. as soon as reasonably possible, but in any event, no later than twelve (12) hours of delivery or pick-up.Failure to notify us within this specified period may affect our ability to process your claim. This notification does not prejudice your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Actregarding the receipt of goods that are not of acceptable quality.
  4. Conditions for Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, the tires and wheels must be in their original, unused, and saleable condition. Tires must not have been mounted, balanced, installed, used, or altered. Wheels must be free of any mounting marks, scratches, or installation attempts. All original labels and packaging must be intact. All returns are subject to a physical inspection by Milltire Ltd. upon receipt to verify compliance with these conditions. Our approval of any return is at our sole discretion.
  5. Non-Returnable Goods
    The following categories of goods are explicitly deemed final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
  • All Custom or Special Orders: Tires and wheels ordered to specific, non-standard specifications (including, but not limited to, specific sizes, bolt patterns, offsets, or custom finishes not held in regular inventory).
  • Special Order Products: Any tires or wheels specifically ordered by us on your behalf that are not part of our standard inventory.

Please ensure you are confident in your purchase of these items before finalizing your order.

  1. Refund Remedy
    Please Note:Upon management approval, all eligible returns will be remedied by issuing a Store Creditfor the value of the returned product(s). This credit will be applied to your customer account for future purchases with Milltire Ltd. No monetary refunds to the original method of payment will be issued.

This Policy provides a remedy that is distinct from your statutory rights. The Consumer Protection Act may provide for different remedies if goods are found to be not of acceptable quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described.

  1. Statutory Rights
    This Policy is not intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under Alberta’s Consumer Protection Actor other applicable legislation that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. If a product has a major failure or does not meet a consumer guarantee as provided by law, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.

  1. Policy Amendments
    Milltire Ltd. reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
